Site Diary Register

ProBook allows project personnel to raise a daily diary whenever and wherever it suits. The open platform allows project users to update and collaborate for a more concise report. The integrated reporting strategy enables a more reliable, consolidated and easily searchable data capture.

At the end of each day or week, users can generate a printable site diary, by picking and choosing comments and images taken through out the diary period. The diary also incorporates docket, labour and equipment information saved to a central register.

ProBook Social Feed

ProBook includes a social media styled feed on the mobile app home page where users can see all project diary entries from across projects, The user has the ability to like and provide feedback comments in the feed.

Images and Comments

Capture, annotate, add text and provide searchable comments to photos in-app. Photos and comments are visible on a site feed for better project awareness and shared learnings.

Users are encouraged to make as many entries throughout the day in the gallery and comment register to document construction progress.

Comments run through our AI language model for Quality, Safety, Weather and Commercial claims and highlight these to the user for follow up.

Events

Add images and comments over time against an event (such as weather) to support your commercial position.
